Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, kindly provide a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled session. Clients canceling with less than 24-hour notice will not incur cancellation fees but will be given lower priority for future bookings.
For the first and second consecutive cancellations with a 24-hour notice, you're welcome to reschedule or opt to wait before deciding on rescheduling.
However, upon the third consecutive cancellation with a 24-hour notice, while you're still welcome to reschedule or wait, you will also be placed in a low priority category.
For the first cancellation without a 24-hour notice, you'll be asked if you'd like to reschedule your session.
Upon the second cancellation without a 24-hour notice, you'll again be asked if you'd like to reschedule your session, and you'll also be placed in a low priority category.
For the third consecutive cancellation without a 24-hour notice, you'll be moved to a deposit category. In this category, a deposit will be required for your upcoming booking. Should you choose to cancel again, your deposit will be refunded, and my services will no longer be available to you.
In unforeseen circumstances, emergencies can arise, and I completely understand. If you find yourself in such a situation and need to cancel, simply provide a brief explanation, such as 'Family Emergency,' 'Illness,' 'Accident,' etc.
No detailed explanations are necessary or required.
Please note that Emergency Cancellations will not have any negative impact on your booking status whatsoever.
